Job description

• Researching potential vendors and negotiating prices.
• Working with management to identify supply needs.
• Recommending solutions to existing processes to reduce waste and increase quantity.
• Recording and assessing all materials quality, movement, and expenditure.
• Managing the distribution of supplies in the organization.
• Monitoring inventory levels and access to the material.
• Collaborating with management to plan forecasting models.
• Overseeing and supporting subordinates and new employees.
• Preparing and filing detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.

Qualification

• Male/Female
• Exceptional Communication and conflict management skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing.
• 2 years experience in management.
• Comfortable working with software and database, as well as experience using excel and google sheets.
• Good in English, both oral and written.
• Flexibal and abale to work under pressure.
