DMW HELPDESK – OEC Cancellation

  1. Go to DMW E-Registration.
  2. On DMW HELPDESK, click CREATE TICKET.
  3. On SELECT SERVICE, choose ONLINE SERVICES-Balik Manggagawa, On SELECT CONCERN choose BM - OEC Cancellation then click NEXT
  4. Read the text, then click NEXT
  5. You may choose to find your account by your E-registration number or by your registered email. Enter the data needed then click NEXT. *Your e-registration number can be found above your name on your account’s Dashboard or on the Account Creation Result.
  6. Select Location. (POEA Branch - PH – 8am-4pm only)
  7. Enter OEC Number.
  8. State your concern on the box (Concern Details).
  9. Enter your Contact Number.
  10. Enter your ACTIVE E-mail Address, then click SUBMIT TICKET.
  11. Copy or screen shot the TICKET NUMBER.
  12. You may check the officer’s reply in the INQUIRE TICKET button.
  13. Paste / Enter the TICKET NUMBER then click Search.
  14. Please wait for the Officer’s resolution before setting appointment.
