Boat Maintenance Technician

Job description

• The role demands regular inspecting, cleaning and repair of the fleet of boats
• Performs hands-on tasks related to the installations, repair, and maintenance of boat systems, which include basic engine repairs (filter change, oil change) electronic systems, GRP repairs, wood repairs (Basic Carpentry work), anti-fouling, hull polishing

Qualification

• Knowledge on on-site dockside services and conducting inspections which are integral to ensuring fleet safety and functionality
• Good customers communication
• Knows how to create repair estimates
• Candidates should speak English and be physically agile
• Have strong troubleshooting skills and can demonstrate competence in logical tasks
• Have a boat (Yacht) maintenance experience
